TTD SEVA ONLINE or ttdsevaonline.com is at present operated and maintained by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Board. Launched in the year 1998 for providing Devotees Online Services, it operates 24/7. Devotees who visit Tirumala and Tirupati can easily access the website for services. The website has around 11 services which people can easily access. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Board has also launched an online donation scheme under the Srivari Aalaya Nirmanam Trust for constructing Sri Venkateswara Temples across the world in different countries. Devotees who can donate a minimum of 10,000 rupees are eligible for a one-time Special VIP Break Darshan, and this will be based on the ticket availability. Also, the people who donate money can use the donation receipt for income tax deductions under applicable tax-saving schemes. Currently, Kalyanotsavam Seva is under halt in Tirupati due to social distancing measures. But TTD has thought about it and has found an innovative solution which will bring relief to people. Recently, a new and convenient scheme has been introduced by TTD for devotees. Now, devotees can boom the Kalyanotsavam tickets through online mode and participate in Kalyanotsavam Seva through the comfort of their homes in Live TV. The tickets for Virtual Arjitha Seva tickers will be available 90 days before to the Darshan. When compared to the general ticket, this ticket costs higher but the devotees can easily book their slot in advance. This concept was successful during the covid days. The Kalyanotsavam prasadam will be sent to devotees free of charge via India Post Parcel service. Also, ticket holders are allowed for a special entry darshan within 90 days at no extra cost.
Srivari Vaikunta Ekadasi, Dwadasi was celebrated on Tirumala @ Jan 6th and Jan 7th. This year the tickets for Vaikunta Ekadasi Darshan & Vaikunta Dwadasi Darshan will be available online in October. TTD plans to offer 800,000 tickets for online booking for Vaikunta Ekadasi 2024 in January. Vaikunta Ekadasi is on 2nd January, and special darshan will be available for the following 9 days. Devotees who regularly visit Tirumala should take note of the upcoming Sri Venkateswara Swamy Annual Salakatla Brahmotsavams dates from September 30th to October 8th. You can download the official TTD Brahmotsavams schedule here. During the Brahmotsavams, all Arjitha sevas done in the inner sanctum are cancelled. As there will be huge rush of devotees, Suprabatham, Tomala, Archana, and other weekly sevas will not be available for booking. Even Protocol Darshan is put on hold to make sure that there is space for large number of devotees. Room reservations in Tirumala through online booking will not be available during the festive days. Navaratri Brahmotsavams are the biggest celebrations on Tirumala and this will attract huge crowd.

The mission of TTD board is to work for dharma pracharam and to maintain social wellness. The TTD Board has more than 250 kalyana mandapams (marriage halls) spread across the country. Every month, devotees can expect one or two special celebrations and occasions to honor Lord Balaji. Here is are some of special days to visit in January:
• Vaikunta Ekadasi and Vaikunta Dwadasi: These auspicious days fall in the third week of December 2024. During these two days, around 300,000 devotees will have darshan of Lord Venkateswara Swamy's main idol from the 2nd Gate in the Inner Sanctum.
• Radha Saptami: This day features six Vahana Sevas, similar to the Navaratri Brahmotsavams, celebrated all in one day. Almost 200,000 devotees visit to witness Sri Malayappa Swamy with Bhudevi and Sridevi on the holy four streets around the temple. There are 15 galleries for devotees to get darshan conveniently.
• Poornima Garuda Seva: Every full moon day, Sri Malayappa Swamy, along with his consorts, appears on the Garuda Vahana on the Tirumada Streets in the evening. This seva, called Pournami Garuda Seva, is the most precious and considered highly Vahana Seva for devotees.
